School Holiday Break
We wish the whole of the PHES family a well-deserved break.
Breakfast tastes so good on a cold morning and if the first bowl of warm porridge leaves you still feeling hungry you can take your bowl back to Tannie Louise and ask her if you may have some more, please. Everyone also gets welcome mugs of hot tea and slices of oranges or guavas and then it's wash hands and brush teeth time and the school day begins just before eight o'clock.
The work is always interesting and usually challenging and the Pikkewyntjies try their hardest but on a winter's day with the rain falling and the wind swirling around the building it's somehow really nice to be warm and cosy inside and busy with projects.

The volunteer firefighters group of Pringle and Betty's Bay visited the Pikkewyntjies!
