MEET OUR TEAM - Samantha Haack

PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Samantha is one of our Pilates Instructors. She first learned about Pilates in 2008, developed a passion for it and became a committed student. She started studying Pilates and assisted with classes from 2011 and became a certified Pilates Instructor in 2015. She truly enjoys helping people through a combination of Pilates and some Yoga to achieve better flexibility, balance, core strength, coordination of the body and improved quality of life.

If you are interested to find more about the benefits of Pilates and Yogilates come join her classes every Tuesday and Wednesday at 17:45.
