The Funny Face Challenge is a friendly challenge that seeks to instil a sense of confidence, connection, caring, character, and youthfulness.

Life can be hectic at times so make sure to include humour in your daily routine, it not only lightens your load mentally, it actually induces positive and healthy physical changes in your body. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.
