We are hosting an open weekend event where you can come and view all of De Uijlenes’s venues, accommodation options, ceremony areas and facilities.
Braai Box
When you stay here at De Uijlenes we can deliver a braai box to your cottage. Great for your first night so all you need to do is just settle in and light the fire. R650 and serves 2 peeps.
• Cheese and biscuit nibble with dried fruit and nuts.
• Mini-farm style single cheese loaves.
• Greek salad.
• Farm style potato salad.
• Our own farm jam of the day.
• House dressing.
• Two slightly cajun dusted chicken breasts.
• Two chimichurri marinated rump skewers.
• Two 100g farm boerewors pin wheels.
• Two vegetable skewers.
• 200g Chef cut sirloin.
• Chef’s choice dessert served in a jar.
• Fresh fruit salad.
The braai box can be delivered pre braai’d or it can be spiced and marinated for you, so you can braai at your leisure.
