Our guests were overjoyed this morning, as they saw a Southern Right whale with a calf nearing our boat.
Our trips are always special as we offer more than just whales. It is puppy season at Geyser Rock, so we have thousands of baby seals entertaining guests. Also lots of baby penguins at Dyer Island. Soon we will see the predatory sea birds, namely the Giant Petrel and Skua visiting our area. We are still fortunate to also see many sharks and yesterday we saw 2 types of dolphin species, namely endangered Humpback dolphins, as well as Bottlenose dolphins.
