EGRETS` ĂRK lies snuggled in a blanket of indigenous fynbos.
The three-bedroom villa has a fully-equipped kitchen and an open-plan living space that includes a dining area and lounge.
Bedroom One has a sliding door that opens out onto the garden. There is a King-size bed in the room and the ensuite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.
Bedroom Two has a Queen-size bed Double Bed and the ensuite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.
Bedroom Three has a sliding door that opens onto the back patio. There are two double bunks in the room. A separated guest bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

Adjusted rates are available for couples and singles on request.
• EGRETS` ĂRK reserves the right to vary prices and rates in the event of fluctuations in exchange rates, price increases, tax changes, fuel prices or unforeseen economic circumstances.
• A compulsory refundable security deposit of R2,500 is payable in addition to the above total cost to secure the booking.
• Rates are calculated on a six-guest capacity.
• If guests exceed the maximum number allowed, they will be charged R1,500 per extra guest in addition to the cost charged per night.

The estate and its sheltered private beach are north-facing which means they are protected from the strong south-easterly winds that tend to lash the Cape in summer. Marine, animal and plant life are protected on the estate, and birds, such as the African black oystercatcher, go about their daily business without a care in the world. In season, southern right whales flock to these coastal waters that have become internationally acclaimed and are known to offer the best whale watching opportunities on the planet. Cape mountain zebras and ‘Grysbokkies’ peacefully roam in this haven which is the blanket of endemic fynbos in your backyard.
