What is an FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate)?
An FFC is a certificate, issued by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to a Property Practioner, therewith allowing them to operate and trade. No Property Practioner may trade, or be paid for work completed, without being in receipt of a valid and current FFC.
Must I supply FICA to an estate agent if I am a client?
It is now mandatory for all estate agents to introduce a risk management and compliance programme (RMCP) into their usual FICA verification and identification processes.
