“On behalf of the Overstrand Municipality, I extend my heartfelt and sincere condolences to the family and friends of Dr Alvin Vaughn Skinstad who passed away recently,” said Mayor Nicolette Botha-Guthrie.
“While Dr Skinstad leaves behind a loving family, he also leaves behind the entire Overstrand community. His legacy will be the immense time and care he afforded to family and loved ones, as well as the outstanding medical service provided during his years in practice as a GP in the area.”
