"Thyme at Rosemary's" sixth birthday coupled with the birthday of Rosemary, the restaurants' owner, was a joyous celebration on Saturday evening. The guests were spoilt by a gastronomic experience concluding with a cake table that left everybody in awe. Rosemary is a gran'dam entrepreneur who not only established Biggie's Best but moved from there on a journey that pioneered Great White Shark Diving eco-tourism. She also owned the Mooiuitsig Guesthouse in De Kelders and is now a restaurateur. She is a warm person who is well loved by her staff. "Without them I would never have been able to be successful," she said on Saturday evening.
