Meet Our YOGA Teacher Eddie Winsor
Meet our YOGA teacher Eddie Winsor. Eddie is 71 years old and has been practicing and teaching yoga for 22 years now. He used to be the Yoga instructor at various Virgin Active clubs in Cape Town and believes that one can achieve anything with compassion, kindness and humility and lives by this philosophy. Eddie combines Hatha, Inyenga, Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga in his practice which creates a good all round and balanced yoga practice with bind, lock, precision and physical yoga techniques all rounded off with good and decent flow.
