Home Inc. works closely with all South Africa's major banking institutions regarding loan approvals and the company is VAT registered. Furthermore, Home Inc. is registered to do insurance claims.

About

Home Inc. frontman Rocco Benecke has years of experience that has covered all aspects of building and construction. Added to this, is a strong civil engineering background as well as a deep passion for ensuring that his clients dream-builds become a reality.

Rocco began his career in the building industry as a teenager working in a hardware store. After studying civil engineering he decided to travel abroad to London where he worked on the underground doing station renovations for three years. After that, Rocco spent time working in optic fibre in the civil engineering field for six years after which he spent some time doing road reinstatements.

Inspiration was drawn when he saw a mass of different building contractors and tradesmen busy working on the same project and thought it would be a wiser solution if one company did everything from the project management right through to the actual build. Rocco finally took the plunge and opened Home Inc. in 2013.

Project Manager and business owner, Rocco Benecke believes in a hands-on approach when it comes to managing projects. Rocco will work closely with architects, engineers and the municipality, as well as keep a constant check on his various teams in each specific building and construction field.
