Pro-tip: To remove the brown dots that remain after you’ve cut off the skin of your pineapple, slice them in a spiral. You’ll see they all form a pattern so simply cut small, V-shaped trenches along the spiral pattern.

• 1 Cup Diced Pineapple
• 2 Cups Baby Spinach
• ½ Cups Grapes
• 1 ½ Cups Orange Juice

• 250ml Milk

• ½ tsp. Cinnamon
• ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 tsp. Honey
• ½ Orange
• Pulp of 1 granadilla
Pro-tip: For an extra tropical zing, substitute your frozen banana for a ¾ cup of frozen mango chunks.
This berry smoothie is a super sweet kickstart to your day as the berries are all full of vitamins and antioxidants. The yoghurt is also a fabulous probiotic, and the berries are all high in vitamins. You’ll have a lovely healthy glow after drinking this creamy smoothie.

• 200g Strawberries

• 200g Raspberries
• 250ml Milk
• 100g Plain Yoghurt
• 50mg Pomegranate Kernels
