Principal Estate Agent, Adel Nel, has been actively involved in the property market since 1997.
Adele is proud to say she knows every nook-and-cranny of the greater Gansbaai area, as well as many of the residents living in the various suburbs. This knowledge means she often knows of properties that are for sale, long before they officially come on the market.
When she is not busy making property dreams come true, Adele enjoys meeting new challenges on her jam-packed bucket list. To date, she has completed the Cape Town Cycle Tour three times and hiked the Fish River Canyon twice. Further afield, Adele has walked the French route of the Camino de Santiago (Jean Pied de Port, France to Santiago, Spain) twice, clocking up a total of more than 1000km!
Pieter van der Colff completed his Real Estate Diploma through UNISA (University of South Africa) and has worked in the property industry since 2005. Pieter is a registered Candidate Property Valuer with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession and has extensive hands-on experience in the field.
After living in the Karoo for years, Pieter relocated to Gansbaai in 2015 to help establish Pride Property with Adele Nel and is a full-status estate agent.
In his spare time Pieter, who is a keen spearfisherman, explores the Gansbaai coastline for fresh fish and crayfish, in season.
Lize-Mare Calitz studied as a legal secretary at Stellenbosch College after which she relocated to Gansbaai in 2000.
Lize-Marie joined the Pride Property team in 2019 and she and her father, Callie Calitz, specialise in listings in De Kelders, Perlemoenbaai,Gansbaai, Kleinbaai, Franskraal and Pearly Beach.
When she is not busy working, Lize-Marie loves exploring new places and meeting new people on her travels through South Africa.
Callie Calitz worked extensively as an engineer for 36 years, focussing on roads and bridges. In 1976 the former Gansbaai Municipality commissioned Callie as part of the team responsible for the building of the new Gansbaai main road. Thereafter, his field of expertise went on to include the planning, construction and restoration of residential buildings, which was the basis for his vested knowledge of valuating structures.
Reconnecting with nature at the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park in Upington and embracing the beauty of Namibia, are two recreational activities that feature at the top of his list of things to do when he is on leave.
