Spruce Up Girls provides professional cleaning that will leave your residential and commercial property looking immaculate! To make sure this is a hassle-free experience, the team will arrive with all the necessary cleaning products and equipment.

Basic Cleaning Package: 

  • Floors
  • Carpets
  • Countertops
  • Fridge
  • Stove
  • Microwave
  • Door Frames
  • Light Fittings 
  • Bathrooms

Rates: expect to pay between R450 and R750 (this is a rough estimate and is subject to change, depending on the size of the property and the amount of cleaning needed).

Holiday Homes and Self-Catering Rentals:

Thorough cleaning after guests check-out.

Rates: R600 (approximate, subject to change)

Property Management Services

Spruce Up Girls will visit your property every week and do thorough checks using a checklist that includes:

  • Checking that the property is secure
  • Making sure the plumbing is in good working order
  • Having the septic tanks pumped
  • Coordinating maintenance teams
  • Arranging garden services
  • Liaising with security companies
  • Preparing the property for the owner or their guests’ arrival

Rates: R1,200 per month (approximate amount, subject to change)
