Trawlers Pizza was opened in October 2022 by Jacques Roux owner of the Nic Mar Building, in Gansbaai.
When it comes to quality, Jacques is very passionate about the entire pizza-making process. From the pizza bases that are freshly prepared every morning from scratch to sourcing the very best ingredients, everything that comes out of the Trawlers Pizza oven is made with perfection in mind.
This skill comes from years of practising his dough and pizza-making techniques with friends who built him a pizza oven at his home. It was these same friends who build the oven at his shop!
In the first two weeks that Trawlers Pizza was open for business, 555 pizzas were sold!
