About

White House Pearly Self Catering is ideal for extended families and large groups of friends.

The double-storey home has a fully-fitted kitchen as well as a spacious living, dining and entertainment area with an indoor braai and pool table. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and an open-plan family suite with a kitchenette. The ground floor has two bedrooms and a kitchenette.

Cupid’s Den (Honeymoon Suite)

Cupid’s Den has a Queen-sized bed and a double sleeper couch. The ensuite bathroom has a luxury ball-and-claw bath, shower, basin and toilet.

Lavender Fields

(sleeps two)

Lavender Fields has a Queen-size bed and the ensuite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

Sunset Boulevard

(sleeps two)

Sunset Boulevard has a Queen-size bed and the ensuite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

Jannah (family suite)

(sleeps four)

Jannah is a spacious family suite that can be reached via a separate entrance and from inside the house. 

A fully-fitted kitchenette and dining area open out onto a spacious deck with an outside braai overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. 

The suite has a Queen-sized bed and a double sleeper couch. The bathroom has a luxury ball-and-claw bath, shower, basin and toilet.

Ground Floor

The ground floor has a spacious fully-fitted kitchen and a lounge with a double sleeper couch.

There are two bedrooms each with a Queen-size bed. There is a full bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet as well as a separate guest toilet.

• Bring towels for beach and pool use as these are not supplied. 
• The white towels in the bedrooms are strictly for bathroom use only. 
• A penalty will be charged should you or members of your group fail to adhere to this. 

Rates

White House Pearly Self Catering’s rates are as follows:

• R6,000 per night for the whole house 

Important

• Maximum occupancy of 20 people
• Maximum occupancy includes children
• Occupancy includes six couples sharing

Cancellation Policy

• 50% deposit of the total amount is required when booking
• 50% of your deposit is refundable if you cancel three months or more before your check-in date
• 25% of your deposit is refundable if you cancel between one and three months before your check-in date
• 0% of your deposit is refundable if you cancel less than one month before your check-in date

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in is anytime from 14h00 onwards 
•  Check-out is at 10:30 sharp unless otherwise arranged before arrival

Occupancy

• Exceeding the number of people booked can lead to immediate cancellation of the booking agreement without compensation
• The properties caretakers will do a headcount as cars enter the premises 

Breakages Deposit

• Your refundable breakages deposit of R1,000 must be deposited into White House Pearly Self Catering Accommodation’s bank account before your arrival 
• The breakages deposit will be refunded in full within seven working days, providing you adhere to all the terms and conditions and there are no breakages, damages or excess use of water and electricity

Code of Conduct

• White House Pearly Self Catering Accommodation falls within municipal by-laws that prohibit loud noise and loud music which can lead to arrest or serious fines when not adhered to 
• The property owners have a good standing in the community and trust that all visitors will conduct themselves respectably throughout their stay. It is requested that noise levels are kept down to a minimum from 22:00 onwards

Consumables

• A basic complimentary supply of tea, coffee, sugar and toilet rolls are supplied on arrival only and replenishment thereof is the guests' responsibility 

Property Rules

•  The same water and electricity restrictions and fines you face back home, apply in Pearly Beach and the owners of White House Pearly Self Catering Accommodation are severely penalised when limits are exceeded so trust that guests will be considerate when it comes to usage at all times. 
• Failing to adhere to the following property rules will negatively affect your refundable deposit!

Water

• Please bring your own bottled drinking water
• Do have short showers so that everyone in your group can have a warm shower. Please be considerate and refrain from using the baths that use too much water and will result in the septic tank filling up faster, which in turn results in extra costs.
• Don’t do laundry on the premises, details of the local laundromat will be provided if needed
• Don’t jump into the pool as it results in great water loss, which further results in having to refill the pool to keep it to the required level

Electricity

• Exceeding your complimentary electricity quota of 100 units (group of 20 for a three-night stay) will result in the excess being charged at R4 per unit and deducted from your • breakages deposit
• Switch lights off whenever you are not in a room (especially your bedroom and ensuite bathroom)
• Limit the number of lights used in the dining and living areas (with the house being so big, the lights consume a large portion of units when all the lights are left on simultaneously)
• Keep the outside lights on during the night for security reasons and switch inside lights off in living areas when you're ready to go to sleep 

Swimming Pool and Beach

• Bring towels for beach and pool use as these are not supplied and the white towels in the bedrooms are strictly for bathroom use. A penalty will be charged should you or members of your group members fail to adhere to this
• Supervise children under 15 years of age at the pool and beach at all times for their safety
• Note that diving and jumping into the pool are strictly prohibited. It can result in serious injuries and also cause tremendous loss of water
• White House Pearly Self Catering’s management and staff accept no responsibility for any injuries or loss, on or off the premises should the above warnings not be adhered to

Inventory

• The property’s caretakers will do a detailed inventory upon arrival with the group organiser only, and again upon check out

Cleaning Service

• The house will be cleaned thoroughly before your arrival and again after check-out to be perfect for the next group
• Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged as an optional extra 
• A penalty of R500 will be charged should the house be excessively dirty, the linen and towels stained, or the furniture moved

Safety and Security

• Please ensure that the house and gates are locked when going out and especially at night before you go to sleep 
• Although safe off-road parking is provided, vehicles should be locked with no valuables lying about
