We believe in quality over quantity and pride ourselves on the freshness of our mushrooms upon delivery.
We grow our mushrooms in small batches in a natural environment (no dark stuffy tunnels here) on a special organic substrate that we believe produces the most flavorful mushrooms.
During autumn we traverse the North- and Western Cape in search of wild mushrooms like Porcini, Saffron Milk Caps, Wood Blewits and Kalahari truffles.
