This role is for an admin assistant who will have duties including bookkeeping and marketing duties. You must have knowledge of capturing and invoicing on SAGE. Computer literacy and a secretarial qualification are non-negotiable. You must be trustworthy and will be working with confidential information.
You will need to have your own vehicle and driver's license and must be willing to travel to Cape Town and its surroundings when required. (Vehicle will be provided by the company).
The ideal candidate is someone who is presentable, energetic, and with great interpersonal relationships. This candidate must be comfortable in an intimate working environment.
A practical interview will be part of the selection process.
