About

Adeléne Esterhuizen grew up in Johannesburg and received her MBChB at the University of Pretoria in 2007. She then went on to obtain her FCOG (SA) at Colleges of Medicine through the University of Pretoria in 2016.

In her final year of study, an invitation from Mediclinic Hermanus gave Dr Esterhuizen the opportunity to open a practice in Hermanus, which she did in 2017.

Compassion and empathy coupled with a holistic approach to medicine have resulted in her fast becoming a specialist of choice. Many of her patients travel from surrounding Overberg towns to be treated by her.
