"Honestly I can list a 1000. It’s been a really tough and challenging year, but the blessings and miracles are countless.
My top 5 is:
1. Team Ariani - Dr Arien and Katia (you’re a rockstar!). I am so grateful that my mother, business partner and mentor (Dr Arien) didn’t only survive but thrived after having a stroke and getting Covid (in the hospital) in July.
2. That I am healed from Covid (having it twice in 2021) with no complications. PS: I am healing from round 2 as we speak and I’ll share my journey on our social media platforms to give hope and healing tips (once my power goes on again). So if you want to learn more, join us.
3. Creating and completing our 1st ever 12 Week Online Program (Ways2Wellness). #superproud
4. Making my personal and soul development a priority. Now it is a habit for me!
5. Travelling to 8-9 places in the beautiful SA. Wow!!! SA is beyond magical!
My heart is filled with gratitude and I trust that we will reach new heights and fly high in 2022."
