2021 Employment Equity Submission
Dear Employer
All designated employers must submit their annual Employment Equity (EEA2 & EEA4) reports to the Department of Labour, between 1 October 2021 and 15 January 2022.
A Designated Employer is:
If you have more than 50 employees;
OR less than 50 employees but has an annual turnover equal to or above the relevant industry threshold, in terms of Schedule 4 of the Employment Equity Act.
Make sure that you comply and submit your reports to The Department of Labour, to avoid severe penalties.
