Asize Hele - Springbok Rugby Player
It is a HUGE honor for me to introduce you all to Asize Hele, she is a Springbok rugby player (playing in the 8th man/woman position) who I have just recently sponsored to do her strength and conditioning training @ Proactive Fitness until she goes to New Zealand next year.
She was voted the 2019 South African female rugby player of the year and she is prepping to play in the Ladies Rugby World Cup 2021 in New Zealand.
An incredibly nice young woman, when you meet her face to face you will realise that she is truly a shining star, a role model for women young and old and she is a true ambassador for female sport in this country so watch this space because she wants to help us promote sport in the Overberg!
PS: Her nickname is Blommie.
