A soulful, expressive movement practice for your body, mind and spirit.
A powerful fusion of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness practices, Nia conditions the body, mind and emotions. Practiced barefoot to music from all genres, Nia teaches us to listen to and honour the wisdom of our own bodies and is adaptable to all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Workshop Cost: R280 per person (R250 for Proactive Gym Members)
Dress: Workout clothes/anything comfortable. No shoes are required.

Originally from Hermanus, Debbie van Ginkel is a Black Belt Nia instructor with over 14 years of teaching experience. Debbie is a passionate believer in the self-healing and transformative power of movement and is dedicated to empowering people to take charge of their own holistic, sustainable fitness. She teaches classes and leads Nia retreats in Cambodia, where she lives and owns a wellness centre and studio.
