Clients will always be kept in the loop with Die Kleinmond Ontwerp Ateljee. Starting from your initial phone call with Daniel van Zyl, you will be walked through the entire drawing process. Once you have had your first meeting to let Daniel know what your budget is and what exactly your home or building should look like, he will then start conceptualizing and drafting up 2D and 3D digital models of the building.
After that, the plan will be shown to you for approval. Once you've signed off on the project it is then taken to the local municipality to be approved for the commencement of construction.
