I am a professional architectural draftsperson (SACAP registered) who like to make people's dreams of a lovely new or renovated home come true. My belief is that careful planning and producing correct, detailed drawings is the way to controlling the building process. In my practice I can provide you with services for all 7 stages of the design and building process or you can control the costs upfront by contracting me up to the level you prefer.

I also believe in disclosing costs to you before the drafting and building work starts. A SACAP recommended, signed client/architect agreement to describe the scope of work protects both the client and myself.
SACAP (The South African Council for the Architectural Profession), has prescribed fees for architects and draftspeople in the profession and in the interest of all professionals.
