Gideon Schoonraad offers architectural and design related services and his core focus is on private residential homes and residential housing projects. Gideon also has hands-on experience in the industrial sector.

Schoonraad Architects use programs such as Revit to create 3D models of the intended project so that you get to see the building rise out of the ground on your computer screen before it even happens on site. This makes the construction process easier by eliminating mistakes that were hidden from sight in the old two-dimensional pen and paper drawings.
