Spending days at the pool is the best way to enjoy this season, here are a few tips to ensure your skin is kept healthy and moisturised:
1. Chlorine can cause dry and itchy skin so make sure your skin is prepped with a barrier cream.
2. If your skin feels dry or itchy after a day at the pool, switch to a richer evening moisturiser to replenish your skin's moisture.
3. Most importantly, apply SPF at least half an hour before you swim & then reapply when you get out of the pool.
