The Butterfly Centre Supporters Update July 2...
Before you read all our news below, please note the following...The Butterfly Centre still relies largely on fundraising at this point.
The Great Stanford Hills/Butterfly Centre Raffle!
The ULTIMATE prize for the ULTIMATE cause - Get your name into the draw NOW!!!
THE PRIZE:
THE CAUSE:
All entry money is paid directly to The Butterfly Centre, a specialised learning centre in Stanford catering for children who do not fit into the mainstream environment. The Centre has already changed the lives of many children and their families but still relies largely on donations as many of the children are unable to afford full fees.
THE STANFORD HILLS/BUTTERFLY CENTRE CONNECTION:
The Butterfly Centre was opened in 2014 by the Kastners, owners of Stanford Hills Estate. Their oldest son, Jack, is one of the students there. They have approved plans to build a permanent home for the Centre at Stanford Hills where, along with academic focus, a skills development programme will be implemented. This will give the children an opportunity to receive training ensuring future careers and helping them to become independent and contributing members of society as they mature. They have raised R600 000 of the necessary R800 000, but urgently need to raise the balance in order to begin building.
HOW TO ENTER:
Please share, and tag the friends you would like to bring along. If they enter you all stand a better chance!
Thank you for your time. The Butterfly Centre already means so much to so many, but urgently needs more funding to continue to operate, grow and expand.
Please contact The Butterfly Centre for more information.
