Did you know Villiersdorp is just down the road from Cape Town? The driving distance between Cape Town and Villiersdorp is 109.3km and it would take you 1 hour 22 minutes if you average 80 km/h. The Theewaterskloof Dam, the largest dam in the Western Cape and the seventh-largest in South Africa and an important water supply to Cape Town fills the majority of the valley floor. This month we will be bringing your water-saving tips for your home, every bit counts and if everyone saves water we can keep our dam levels good.
